WELCOME! This is a place for inspiration to make lasting lifestyle changes. I am passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. I am a Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and a Certified 21 Day Sugar Detox Coach. I have over 15 years of experience in the health & wellness industry and hold a degree in Exercise Science as well as a minor in Nutrition. I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and has been for over 10 years. I am also a mom to 2 young boys who works full-time.

Right now, I am focused on healing Hashimotos through lifestyle modifications like eating a real foods based diet, non-negotiable self-care and perfecting the art of ‘no’. I have successfully been able to recover from anxiety that at one time was life shattering and painful. It took a few years to find what worked well, but through lifestyle changes, including making clean living choices like removing endocrine-disrupting and toxic chemicals from my home and personal care products, supporting myself with proper, real-food nutrition as well as taking steps to manage stress, I was able to overcome the grip it had on me. After experiencing so many benefits and feeling good again, I am more driven now than ever to share my journey and to help others.

In my quest to clean up my personal care products, I found Beautycounter. A mission driven start up company that is focused on educating others on the current state of the beauty industry, specifically the lack of regulation. Their mission and mine, is to get safer products into the hands of everyone. I was so impressed by their mission and their ‘education first, product second approach’, I had to team up. It is a perfect compliment to the wellness, detox and clean living work I do with clients.


My work with my clients is focused on co-creating a wellness vision of the client’s best self, and partnering with them to achieve it. Creating a life one loves typically isn’t a straight path toward the goal. It has many ups and downs, forward leaps and backward steps. All of this helps one grow if they let the lessons teach them where they have opportunities to improve.
